3. Workspace Members: We view the list of people in your workspace.
4. Email Addresses: We can view the email addresses of the people in your workspace.

Please note: We do not collect information from other Slack channels that our tool is not active in.

Why We Collect This Data

We collect this data to enable the core functionalities of our App, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating the product approval process within your Slack workspace.

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption: Data is encrypted when it moves between Slack and our App, ensuring that your data remains confidential and secure during transit.

Storage: Your data is stored by AWS We've chosen Amazon Web Services because they're known for their secure practices.

Hosting Location: Your data resides in the European Union (EU) ensuring it benefits from the robust data protection measures upheld in the region.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As per the UK GDPR, you have various rights in relation to your personal data. This includes:

• The right to be informed about how your data is being used.
• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
• The right to request the deletion of your data (under certain circumstances).

How Long We Keep Data

The retention duration for various data types depends on its purpose, sensitivity, legal retention periods, and associated risks.
